September Update

Just a quick update for today – We have finally sold the house and have spent the whole day trying to get a head start on packing. It’s exhausting! We aren’t moving until the end of October, but with our crazy work schedules, weekends seem  to be the only time we can get anything done.

With that said, # 21 on my 101 list – Moving to Ingersoll – is finally starting to happen! I feel like there’s a lot of things on my list that will start to happen and fall into place once we finally get into the new place.

#22 – Organize my filing cabinet, is done! as of today! I figured there was no point in packing a lot of the paperwork that was probably garbage, so I got that finished up today.

#27 – Get all of my photos printed off and in albums. Done! Or as done as it is going to be. I realized this one was a tricky one. As soon as I got everything printed off and put into albums, I’d have more to print and organize. There will ALWAYS be more to do with this one. But, as of right now everything is printed and completed, so I’m going to consider it crossed off my list!

Update on my 101 Book Challenge- Only 3 more finished this month.

The Giver by Lois Lowry – 4/5 Still a great book. I liked it more when I was younger though. I found it a bit depressing to read now, perhaps because I now have a kid of my own.

Retribution by Sherrilyn Kenyon – 3/5 I will always enjoy a good dark-hunter book, and this was no exception. I just found it a bit confusing and perhaps it could have been better written.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar – 5/5 Yeah I know it’s a kids book :p But I read it to Kelton, so it counts. Once of the first books he’s actually sat with me all the way through. So it must be good!
