Dance Competitions & #52 – 10 Books Recommended by Friends

I’m tired and sluggish this morning. Really dragging my butt. It’s a competition hangover – any dance teacher, dancer or parent who has spent long weekends at a dance competition know exactly what I’m talking about. It was a great weekend, with lots of great moments for the girls, but my body is definitely paying for it now!

I don’t have a whole lot of ambition this morning, and I’ve still got a couple more hours to kill before heading to the studio. So though it may seem like it, this post actually isn’t about dance, it’s actually about my 101 in 1001 challenge. I’ve got a few hours to kill, and the weather is beautiful to sit outside while J plays (and I know I have at least 2 more Mondays coming up that I am going to be feeling like this!). I’m looking for something new to read!

#52 on my list of 101 Things in 1001 Days is to ask friends to recommend 10 books and to read all 10 of them. That also make up part of my book challenge – 101 Books in 1001 Days.

So friends, what should I read? I’m looking for at least 10 books to work my way through. Can you help me out?

  1. Have you read The Rosie Project? It's an easy read and pretty hilarious. Highly recommend!
